Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when trying Oriloq. Access to paid features is available immediately after payment, and we offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee on all plans, processed on request through our support team.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase (monthly subscription or annual subscription).

For subscriptions, the 14‑day guarantee applies to the first subscription purchase only. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not automatic. Once approved, refunds are issued via PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal processing times may vary.

If you’re not satisfied, ask us within 14 days and we’ll take care of it.

2. How to request a refund

Email our support team and include the information below so we can find your payment quickly:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The PayPal transaction ID (or a screenshot/receipt)
  • The plan you purchased (Pro/Ultra, monthly/annual)
  • A short reason (optional, helps us improve)

We’ll confirm receipt and keep you updated until the refund is completed.

3. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your access to paid features is removed
  • Any active subscription is canceled immediately
  • If applicable, you may need to sign in again to refresh your entitlement status

A refund ends the paid access linked to the refunded purchase.

4. Subscriptions (monthly and annual)

For subscriptions, the 14‑day refund applies only to your first subscription purchase (monthly or annual). If a refund is approved, the subscription is canceled and paid access ends.

Renewal payments are not refundable. You can still cancel at any time, and your paid access remains available until the end of the already paid billing period.

Refunds apply to the first subscription only; renewals are non-refundable, and cancellations keep access until the period ends.

5. After the 14-day period

After 14 days, we can’t guarantee a refund. That said, we’re happy to review requests case by case, depending on the situation.
