These Terms of Service govern your use of the Oriloq application. By accessing or using our App, you agree to these Terms and conclude a legally binding contract with NowwweB.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oriloq application ("App") provided by NowwweB ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with NowwweB.

Using our app means you agree to these terms, which form a legal contract between you and NowwweB.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide when using our App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We commit to the following data processing guarantees: (1) your voice and text content is not used for training AI models, (2) your content is not retained on our servers and is only stored locally on your device, and (3) while API calls require authentication for security purposes, no user data is retained that could be associated with your identity. These core guarantees will not change without prior notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we protect it. Your voice and text content remains private and is never used to train AI models.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Oriloq is sold directly by NowwweB. Payments are processed through PayPal (and its partners) as our payment processor. PayPal may collect and process payment information according to its own policies.

Subscription Tiers: Current pricing and features for our tiers (Free, Pro, Ultra) are available on our website at oriloq.app/#pricing. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. Multi-device use is permitted for Pro and Ultra plans on up to 3 devices. This device limit resets monthly.

Refunds & Cancellation: Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through PayPal. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods.

Right of Withdrawal: Where applicable (including for EU consumers), you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Because Oriloq provides immediate access to digital services after payment, you may be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins.

Payments are processed via PayPal. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but maintains access until the end of your paid period.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Reverse engineer or extract the App's source code
  • Create multiple accounts or share account access
  • Interfere with other users' access to the App
  • Bypass payment systems or subscription requirements

These are specific activities that aren't allowed when using our app, such as sharing accounts or trying to bypass security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or other intellectual property without our written permission. Oriloq uses the Voxtral speech model, licensed under the Apache 2.0 License.

The app and its content are our property. You can use them as intended, but can't copy or modify them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide accurate transcription, translation, and AI-powered features, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all situations.

For users in the European Union, the above disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services.

While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee the app will always work perfectly or be free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us. We're not responsible for indirect losses or damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App, though certain terms (including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may restrict access if these terms are violated. Some parts of this agreement remain valid even after access ends.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify you through the application or by email.
